  • Holiday & Friendsmas parties — seasonal banners that actually get pulled back out every year.

Pricing

Custom banners range from $150 to $300 depending on size and complexity. A banner with clean lettering and a simple border is at the lower end; a fully illustrated banner with a detailed mascot, multiple motifs, or tight custom artwork runs higher. Every quote is free — reach out with your idea and Evelyn will give you a straight number.

How It Works

  1. Reach out — tell us the occasion, name, colors, any imagery or theme you love, and your event date.
  2. Concept sketch — Evelyn drafts a layout and shares it for your approval. Revisions welcome.
  3. Paint — once you've signed off, she paints the final banner by hand on butcher paper. Vinyl is available as an upgrade for a more durable finish.
  4. Pickup or delivery — we coordinate ahead of your event date in the Grand Rapids area.

Most banners take 5–10 days from order to finished. Plan ahead for graduation season — May and June book up fast.

What Makes These Different

Party store banners are generic and disposable. A custom painted banner is made for one specific person, hand-lettered and illustrated on butcher paper — sturdy enough for the party and worth keeping long after. Want something more durable? Vinyl is available as an upgrade. Either way: no clipart, no templates, no printing. Just paint and a real artist.
